These terms apply to every visit to jollykeeps.com and every order placed with Jolly Keeps, a trade name of Rome Media Group BV, Pastoor Jacobsweg 100, 6226 VX Maastricht, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 92806686, VAT NL866179082B01). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our Christmas stockings are made of 100% linen and printed to order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed result, and sizes are approximate. Designs described as "needlepoint look", "velvet look" or similar are printed designs, not embroidery or velvet fabric.

Personalization

Names and text are printed exactly as entered, and you are responsible for correct spelling. You may not submit text that infringes on someone else's rights or that is offensive or unlawful. We may cancel and refund orders with such content.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment of your order applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where we collect these at checkout, they are shown before you pay.

Orders

A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. In that case you receive a full refund.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Cancellation, returns and complaints

Your cancellation and return rights are described in our Refund Policy. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at contact@jollykeeps.com and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Intellectual property

All designs, texts and images on this website belong to Jolly Keeps. They may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
